The 39th meeting of the Jiangsu Development Forum was held in Nanjing University on Tuesday. After analyzing typical cases at home and abroad, Zhou Zhihua, Chairman of the International Federation of Artificial Intelligence and Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence at Nanjing University, pointed out that in the field of artificial intelligence, algorithm innovation has achieved a "0-1" breakthrough, and computing power improvement has brought about "1-100" applications, making it recommendable to attach great importance to the cultivation of high-level algorithm talents.
Liu Zhibiao, Dean of the Yangtze River Industrial Economy Research Institute at Nanjing University, proposed that the new quality productivity is essentially a new quality productivity represented by "computing power".
