On December 21, a group of foreign teachers and students from member institutions of Jiangsu Association for the Development of International Communication at Colleges and Universities joined Yancheng field trip "Perceive Green Yancheng with Crane Cal." They visited Jiangsu Yancheng Wetland National Nature Reserve, Rare Birds and shared their reflections on protection of our eco-sytem.
During this field trip, they visited China Yellow Sea Wetland Museum, practiced folk dance at the Dayang Bay Ecotourism area, learn about the cutting-edge science and innovation technology that can empower local green development at Nanjing University & Yancheng Academy of Environmental Protection and Technology & Engineering, and witnessed the harmonious coexistence of art and nature at the intertidal art village.
A staff representative from Jiangsu Association for the Development of International Communication at Colleges and Universitiessaid that only through equal dialogue and communication could people from different backgrounds share their views and cultures. Moreover, it is hoped these events will become a platform for foreign teachers and students in Jiangsu to exchange their studies and research results.
